The University of Texas Nutrition Institute is a weekend conference designed to promote health and wellness by bridging nutritional science research, health care, and culinary arts. The UTNI will feature hands-on cooking demonstrations, interactive computer labs, discussion sessions, and lectures by UT faculty and nutrition experts.

Registration is open to nutrition and health professionals as well as laypersons!

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Registration fee covers attendance to all lectures and hands-on sessions, including cooking classes and technology demos. The price also includes the following meals:

Friday

- Wine Tasting & Reception – Selections from Fall Creek Vineyards and hors d’oeuvres from Congress Restaurant

Saturday

The theme of this year’s Nutrition Institute is Mindfulness. The speakers, group discussions, and hands-on cooking sessions will all focus on variations of this theme. From intuitive eating to sustainability to brain scans – expect Mindfulness to be interpreted in unexpected ways.
